There are no specific rules for eligibility to join except...you MUST own a scooter, and it should be a vintage machine OR if it is not a vintage machine you should demonstrate that you are an enthusiast.
Our decision to allow members to join "Europa Scooter Club" will be final, and attendance at Scooter runs will require you to bring your own machine or arrive with a person with whom you will ride pillion passenger. '
Under no circumstances will we allow individuals to arrive in cars at meeting points and try to cadge a ride with members.
All machines must be in a roadworthy condition, with all legitimate paperwork, including compulsary insurance.
If you ride with us, you ride at your own risk, if you are at fault in an accident you will be expected to cover the costs of any damage or injuries. Europa Scooter Club accepts no responsibility for damage to other Scooters, Scooterists or Third Parties.
